FFS is a closed process in which the plastic container is formed, filled and hermetically sealed inside one machine within seconds. It removes glass, separate stoppers and manual handling from the sterile step, which lowers particulate and contamination risk.

Purified Water feeds a multi-column distillation still supplied with pure steam. WFI is stored at 80 °C and above, protected by a vent filter, and circulated continuously through the distribution loop. The loop is sampled routinely for conductivity, pH, pyrogen (bacterial endotoxin) and microbial limits.

Autoclaving, sterile filtration and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP). Sterilising-grade filters undergo online filter integrity testing.

Complete testing of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods in segregated wet, instrument and micro labs, using GLP-compliant instruments and software including HPLC, UV and IR. The laboratories have 100% UPS backup.

Yes — stability studies are performed for all target markets as per ICH requirements.
