Description
Form-Fill-Seal ampoules replace glass ampoules with a polymer container that is extruded, filled and sealed within seconds inside the FFS machine. The result is a tamper-evident, break-off ampoule with no glass shards, no coring and no separate stopper or cap component to qualify.
FFS ampoules suit sterile water, saline, diluents and other clear solutions where unit-dose accuracy and safe opening matter — for example emergency kits, veterinary use and hospital wards.
Fill volumes, ampoule geometry and strip configuration are defined during the contract-manufacturing feasibility study.
