Description
Respules are single-dose plastic vials for nebulised respiratory therapy. Swanya manufactures both solution and suspension respules in fill volumes from 1 ml to 5 ml on Form-Fill-Seal lines, with a twist-off cap that opens cleanly without scissors or glass.
Suspensions are handled in a separate, dedicated manufacturing area with its own equipment train, which avoids cross-contact with clear-solution products and allows the homogeneity controls that suspension dosage forms demand.
Respules are available for contract manufacturing under the partner's brand; formulation, fill volume and strip configuration are agreed at the feasibility stage.
